As a team of full stack developers we noticed a huge lack of developers in the EU. Through mentoring we also got to work with many of the eLearning platforms out there, and after a couple of tests and finished courses, we decided that we can develop our own unique approach.

OUR MISSION

We decided to attract a different type of audience "complete beginners". Why is this important? Because working with complete beginners means that we have to base our courses around motivational techniques.

Unlike students who have some coding experience and are self motivated, motivation is a big challenge, not only in online classrooms but also in real classrooms. The first thing we have to do is introduce, to our future students, the career of a software developer. Why is this the career of the future? What possibilities lie ahead?...

WHY US?

All of our courses are curated by the same team and are compiled with the same methodology of teaching. Our approach and technology enables us to see where in the course our students encounter a problem or simply just get stuck, this is where our unique motivational technique comes in to play.

We have different motivational tricks on each step of our course. Because of this each student gets a different experience, depending on how frequently he works and what part of the course presents to be difficult. This gives our students the feeling of personification.
